Shipping & Delivery

ORDER PROCESS

Orders can take 1-5 business days to process before they are shipped out. 

Orders that contain pre-order items can take 1-2 weeks to process before they are shipped out.

Once your order is placed, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail provided to us at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking number. 

All clients are responsible for providing the correct shipping/billing information at checkout. 

 

U.S. SHIPPING

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the item(s) and the shipping service selected.

Shipping services we have available:

  • USPS Priority Mail with tracking (2-3 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express with tracking (1-3 business days)

Delivery times are not guaranteed as they do not take into account local disruptions/delays. If experiencing any inconveniences, please contact shipping carrier/local post office.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the item(s) and the shipping service selected.

Shipping services we have available:

  • USPS First Class Package International with tracking (7-21 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail International with tracking (6-10 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International with tracking (3-5 business days)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES 

International shipments may be subject to additional charges such as import taxes, customs duties and fees determined by the shipment's destination country's customs department upon arrival. Please note that the recipient of the shipment is responsible for any fees and duties issued by customs. If you do not claim your package, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to our office. 

 

SIGNATURE 

All U.S. orders that exceed $100 require signature upon delivery. NLV is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to not claiming a package and/or providing an incorrect address. If a package is returned to our office, please note that the client is responsible for the re-shipping fee as the original shipping label will be void. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded.
